Geoffrey Pedersen is fully licensed and insured, and a registered Home Improvement Contractor in Massachusetts. He started his roof washing business in 2000, and has worked with a number of contracting businesses in the area around Bourne, MA. Previously Geoff’s contracting business built and maintained homes in Cataumet, Mattapoiset and Falmouth. One of the homes he built was featured on the front cover of Cape Cod Home magazine in 2010. His projects have included all types of home repair and maintenance from small repair jobs to building of custom homes up to $1.5 Million in value. Geoff also supervised a home maintenance team in Oyster Harbors estate in Osterville, maintaining high end homes with specialized components like teak and mahogany window frames. Some of these homes, situated right on the ocean, need special annual maintenance programs, and its through the experience of looking after these homes, that he developed the experience and techniques for the soft washing of roofs and houses.
Geoff lives in Pocasset, one of the villages of the Town of Bourne. He grew up in the area and attended school in Bourne.
